Re-Treating Endo in Theory & Practice
Our two-day course provides theoretical and practical training for endodontic retreatment, starting with a comprehensive exploration of how and why treatment fails. Attendees will look at innovative approaches to problem-solving with bio-ceramics, disinfection techniques, and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to use the academy’s latest specialist equipment which includes the use of surgical-operative microscopes whist working with extracted teeth. Our hands-on session includes obturation disassembly and apical perforation using the latest hydraulic bio-ceramic materials

Day One

- Aetiology, diagnosis and management
- How and when to treat or refer
- Hands-on ultrasonic tips
- Hands-on gutta-percha and carrier-based obturation disassembly
- Screw, fibre and metal posts on extracted teeth
Day Two

- Evidence-based irrigation protocols
- Managing canal obstructions
- Removing and bypassing ledges and separated instruments
- Hands-on coronal and apical perforation treatment
- Hands-on problem-solving with hydraulic bioceramic materials

Massimo Giovarruscio
Dr. Massimo Giovarruscio is a highly skilled professional, with extensive experience in endodontics, restorative and aesthetic dentistry.
With over 19 years experience in dentistry, he has developed his reputation within the profession as an excellent clinician, endodontist and postgraduate lecturer.
Active member of the European Society of Endodontology and active member of the Italian Society of Endodontics.
Massimo is recognized by his colleagues for his exceptional talent, professionalism and for his innovative and proactive approach.
Francesca Cerutti
Francesca Cerutti is bringing extensive expertise in endodontics and post-endodontic restoration to the programme.
An internationally recognised clinician and educator, she has presented at national and international congresses on post-endodontic restoration and aesthetic tooth reconstruction. Her academic excellence has been recognised through several prestigious awards, including the Best Research Prize at the I Expo D'Autunno (Milan, 2007), the VI Premio De Fazio (Rome, 2008), and the Premio Lavagnoli (Bologna, 2023).
Francesca is an active member of both the Italian Society of Endodontics and the Italian Society of Conservative Dentistry, and served as Editorial Coordinator of the Italian Endodontic Journal from 2008 to 2011. She holds Diamond Member status with Style Italiano Endodontics.
A respected voice in the international dental community, she serves as a reviewer for journals including the Journal of Adhesive Dentistry, the European Journal of Paediatric Dentistry, and Biomaterials, and has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. She is also co-author of textbooks in restorative dentistry and endodontics.
Francesca collaborates with the University of Brescia and the University of Siena, further cementing her commitment to advancing endodontic education and research.
Andreas Louloudiadis
Dr. Andreas Louloudiadis is a highly accomplished endodontist with extensive international training and expertise in advanced dental care. Originally from Panorama, Thessaloniki, he has built a distinguished career spanning both American and European dental education and practice.
Dr. Louloudiadis earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with Educational Honors (Cum Laude) from the University of Alabama, Birmingham in 1997, followed by his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the same institution's School of Dentistry in 2001. He became licensed to practice dentistry in Alabama that same year and subsequently received official Greek recognition of his DMD credentials in 2003.
Committed to advancing his expertise in endodontics, Dr. Louloudiadis completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Advanced Endodontics from Aristotle University in Thessaloniki in 2005. His dedication to continuous learning led him to pursue further specialization, culminating in a Master's degree in Advanced Endodontics from the University of Siena, Italy in 2022.
With over two decades of experience and advanced training from leading institutions across three countries, Dr. Louloudiadis brings a comprehensive, internationally-informed approach to endodontic treatment and patient care.

I did the ProArch course recently. I was sceptical about the whole concept, but after doing the course, I’m able to assess the suitability of this concept and treat my patients in a better way. Alfonso explained it so nicely, and not only the hands on was useful, but the live surgery including the process of fabrication of the prosthesis and immediate placement was fantastic. It has given me a lot of understanding and knowledge about the pro-arch concept and the use of Straumann BLX Implants system is just fantastic. I would highly recommend this course and courses run by Delta Academy.

It has been amazing, (not sure if it’s a course or a holiday as having so much fun doing this), Massimo and Federico were so down to Earth and provided us with very informative lectures and practical demos, full of tips, techniques and helped problem solve. The hands on was fantastic, we did procedures on plastic teeth and extracted teeth and did so much in the time we had. I have been on quite a few endo courses but this definitely is the best that I’ve experienced. The atmosphere was so relaxed and quite entertaining. Being a small group was an advantage as we each had individual attention. Thank you so much I’m actually finally enjoying endo. I think the biggest difference to this course and others is that we will by working on live patients, under close supervision. This will definitely boost my confidence.
